# Sendonis

> Sendonis is an API-only email-sending service (no SMTP relay) for developers and product teams, with EU-based sending infrastructure. It is in pre-launch and launching soon (no date announced yet). Early access is open: the first 100 confirmed sign-ups, ranked by original sign-up time, get an early-bird discount for 2 months. At launch, Sendonis will provide domain verification (DKIM, SPF, custom MAIL FROM), automatic bounce and complaint suppression, per-account suppression lists, delivery/bounce/complaint webhooks, and sending-health protection that automatically pauses an account whose bounce rate exceeds 4% or complaint rate exceeds 0.08%. Sendonis is operated by Sinapp Sağlık Eğitim Yazılım Danışmanlık Ltd. Şti., İstanbul, Türkiye.

Important notes:

- Sendonis is not live yet. Features described here are what Sendonis will provide at launch. Accounts are not open yet; until launch you can only join the early-access list.
- Sendonis does not offer SMTP sending. All sending goes through the REST API.
- Senders (customers) are responsible for recipient consent and local rules such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM and Turkey's İYS. Purchased, rented and scraped lists are prohibited.
- EU data residency applies to email sending. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for all processing locations.
